Duties and Responsibilities  

Ensure that approved policies and procedure are adhered to and maintained  

Investigate and resolve food quality, employee, and service complaints  

Inspecting dining area and ensure cleanliness, organization and dining area courtesy 

Analyze and recognize deficiency or problems areas and provide solutions to achieve desired
